We are so sorry to hear this! Whether there was shipping damage to your order or a mistake made on our end, we want to make this right. We will always accept damaged product back within 45 days of the purchase date. To make a return, please start by visiting our Returns Page, where your order will be verified.
Once the return is verified you will be able to select which item you are looking to return and choose the reason for the return. You will then receive an email with step-by-step instructions, a prepaid shipping label, and an Instant Refund code that you can simply enter into the Gift Card box during checkout and your Instant Refund will be applied to your order. The Instant Refund code allows you to shop now, instead of having to wait for an exchange to be processed. Then just return the item(s) to us within 10 days!
If you would prefer a refund to the original form of payment, please don't use the Instant Refund code, and we will refund you once we receive the return back to our facility. Once a return is received, any remaining balance of the Instant Refund will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you decide to place a new order using our Instant Refund feature, please send us an email at email@example.com. Include the new order number and a picture of the damaged item you are returning and we would be happy to refund the cost of standard shipping from your new order as our apology for this issue.
*Unfortunately we cannot guarantee every order will receive an Instant Refund code. If you do not receive one for your return we will issue a refund once we receive the item back to our facility.
